4. Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Travel Consultancy ($100) and Full Visa Support ($500) require advance payment.
- Fast Appointment Reschedule ($180) may be charged after slot confirmation depending on your chosen plan.
- Once payment has been made and the service has started, no refunds are provided except at our sole discretion.
- We are not responsible for government policy changes, slot unavailability, or third-party delays.
- All official embassy or visa application fees (MRV fees) must be paid separately by the applicant to the respective authority.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We are a private service provider and not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, or government authority.
- We cannot and do not guarantee visa approvals. Our role is limited to assisting with appointment scheduling and visa documentation support.
- We are not liable for appointment cancellations, slot changes, government delays, or any other factors beyond our control.
- Any external fees or costs (such as MRV fees, courier fees, or additional document fees) are the sole responsibility of the user.

We collect and store your personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services.
- Your data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to process your visa appointment or as required by law.
